My partner has literally just been sentenced to 8 months suspended, which is more than PO recommended but still a relief, there was a reporter in court and there is a photographer hiding outside taking photos, it will definitely be in the press, could I ask if anyone has tried contacting paper and trying to get it or name address photo removed, my partner lives and cares with his elderly dad and has an 11 year old son who are totally innocent in this, I have chosen to stand by him so it is different, we are so worried about reprisals against house and his son getting also does anyone know how long it takes to appear online thanks

I tried everything to stop it going in the papers as our daughter was sucidal, it went straight online, but I then sent an email stating that by them doing it and putting his name I am now dealing with my daughter cutting herself, it was taken from the front page

I tried to get the newspaper article removed a few months down the line - one newspaper agreed to remove the article and the other agreed to remove his photo and the street name. It's hideous when it hits the press but you do get through it. Hang on in there.... xxx
