Hiya..

Dunno if this has been answered before if it has I apologize.

Ok Hubby got the knock end of May/21 and we have sat down endless arguments and tears but in the end gonna stick together.

So we have decided to move towards the end of the year.

Right out of the area. I have only a small p/t job and off course he works for the public sector. But once this gets to the end he will hand his notice in and no issues from them.

So was wondering as he got the knock here but we move where does the court case get held is it here or at the new address and with the media does it go in the old area.

Virtual ((hugs)) to everybody xx

Chelsea

Morning, I'm sorry you find yourself in this situation .

It is normally where your partner was arrested, court will be in the same area you are now.

If you are moving because of papers and court reading out other address hold if off until nearly court date then they won't have chance to use new address, but Normally it is address where aressted xx

Hi Chelsea,

my husband had to stay with a relative in a different town when he was under investigation and then appeared in court (same county) He had to return to the court in the town in which we live but it was reported in the paper in the town that he was staying. I suspect this is very hit and miss though and it's different for everyone.

xx

Hiya.

Thank you both of you.

We have decided that the only way to get around this and try and move on is to move away.

We have no kids or family to talk about to be honest.

New area new start.

Hence I was asking about the addresses.
