Hi everyone

Just a update that on the 28th October 2020 my partner was arrested and this fight started I have two children and good ss don't like to make anything easy and please that not me asking it should be but at the sametime we have done no wrong and we need help and support to.. When my ss has taken me to hell and back but I final feel we have gone forward a little we still on child protection plans and not bothered about,, we now have a written agreement from them which is nothing I am not going already and its nothing I have not all ready and will carry on doing.. But I just wanted to come and give hope to others u know what is right for and ur children I am now set that what I am doing now is for the term not the short time keep fighting xx x

I have just been fighting them now for the last 9 months and I then found out thro a solicitor I could apply for a child arrangement order thro family court which this then made it a private matter and it all it does then is ss can only make a report on what they believe is right for the children involved. I have now put my work head on Dawn because I was a support worker and to show I know what I am on about and I have done everything that referral wise as soon as ss said anything I did it. I have been engaging with stop it now and done the informed course,, I have done all my own risk assessments on every person in this case and safety plan on everyone. I have take control back and made sure that their is now room for her to question me over anything hun,, I have spoken to everyone for advise and then turned into a plan of action for now and in the future hope this helps in some way xx x x
