My son has been convicted of IIOC charge and maintains he is innocent does anyone know of a good Appeals solicitoer for this?
Not sure if recommendations are allowed on the forum but for clarifying were they sentenced already or charged and waiting to be seen in court?
If sentenced I assume their lawyer would let them know how to appeal and provide recommendations.

My son has appealed his case . He was found guilty and the barrister thought his sentence was harsh . I feel it's because he Maintained to his innocence . It's going to the high court soon . Don't think anything with change as it's a very emotive subject but he wanted to take it all the way xx
