Hi i wondered if anyone in scotland has asked for their family member who has been arrested for iioc .. when it comes to sentencing if they can have the adress changed ie..in care of police etc?? Rather than having home adress all over the media in fear or repercussions ..

Its going to be some time as we only had the knock 25th may .. but im.worried sick about the repercussions ...

Maybe someone whos in scotland has some idea how it works and can help me understand if i can have this done

Really struggling now ..

Thanks in advance

Susie

Susie65 it's a hit and a miss, on my husbands 1st arrest, the address that was printed was his temporary address, however on his 2nd arrest even though he was not living with us as was on remand, my address was printed, even with me having a child under 16 in the house. On a positive though I haven't had any repercussions or problems with neighbours.
