Hiya all.

Just keeping in a loop. Hubby had his first Coucelling session yesterday with a chap on Stopso.

He said i quote. He feels a bit better after his chat. I left them to it went upstairs while they chatted.

One hour sessions now a month and see what happens.

Hopefully by him getting help now will be better in the long run with courts etc.

Xx

Hi!

that's great! My husband has also responded brilliantly to his therapy. He was going weekly but dropping to fortnightly now. He honestly comes out of each session brighter than the last.

best wishes

My husband had his first group work session of the 10 week Inform course last night. He was very positive about it. As we had the knock last December he has been waiting a long time for this but he has been supported by a Stop It counsellor in the meantime. I don't know what we would have done without them actually.

Very best wishes on your journeys too.
