We found a therapist who specialises in this issue. My son sees her and I had a couple of sessions when I reached breaking point - it was incredibly helpful. Use Stopso to find one that can help,

I found a counsellor who specialises in trauma. She also worked with victims. Whilst we may not be direct victims we are and we've been through a trauma and still going through it. I found my counsellor really great.
