So yesterday I finally plucked up the courage to tell our eldest daughter and her partner after 6 months of keeping it secret. I couldn't be any prouder if I tried of them both. They listened to what I had to say, didn't judge and totally kept it together. Tbey obviously need time to process the information, but right now they want to stand by us both and help. I have raised one strong ass woman.

Now just have to tell our younger daughter in the next couple of days, fingers crossed it goes as smoothly.

Thanks Dawn. Obviously she needs time to process what she's just been told, but she is a very locigal thinker. Our youngest daughter is the one I worry about a little more as she suffers with anxiety and is already on medication for it. I have to tell her this week, thankfully she is at home before returning to uni, we also have his plea hearing on Thursday.
