Hi.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend the best security to put on my husbands devices, mainly his mobile phone.

I have no idea how these things work.
I can put the controls on his phone without him being able to delete them?

Thanks

Thank you. He needs internet on phone unfortunately for work.

Is there anything that can block illegal and indecent sites/images that I can put on his phone that he can't delete?

Hi,

I was looking at that accountability 2u thing, can anyone explain wat it does, I was thinking of putting it on my husbands phone, just I thought as another tick box for ss, I mean I no he won't go down this road again cause he knows I'm gone if he does, ( sorry I no that seems a bit cocky but I've told him I am only standing by him once, never twice as I'm struggling as it is this time round ) but I'm not very tech savvy either, any help would be appreciated xx

My husband has just set up accountability to you. He downloaded the app on his phone and registered his phone and laptop (only has these 2 devices). I can then access the app on my phone and it gives a daily report. It looks for any suspicious wording and reports back to me.

When I read a Google review about the app one man had been 'flagged up' for googling a review from a Chinese takeaway for pork fried rice!! Ha ha it obviously picked up on the word 'pork'.

It gives me piece of mind that he can't look for anything that maybe considered dubious.

Obviously you are reliant on them disclosing all their devices.

Hi if your hubby has a iPhone you can set up parental controls to stop them adding or deleting apps and internet history. It's in the "screen time" settings. You set a password so they cannot go on and delete/remove the settings. It works well for us. I do random checks on his phone too.
works for us as he was using apps to contact people so this way he cannot have the apps and there isn't really any work around for them.
