Will my husband ever be allowed home

Just been reading through the posts on here.
We are only 2 weeks in but I have so many questions.
Husband is no longer living at home but can have supervised access to the kids.
My question is, will he ever be allowed home with unsupervised access ever?
Solicitor anticipates community service and SO register.

Sorry to be welcoming you to the club nobody wants to be in but please use this forum for help, to vent, for support, whatever you need!
My partner was initally arrested then released pending further investigation. He has a daughter with someone else and Social Services were obviously notified. He is allowed to have supervised visits.
From what I have read it will really be down to SS to determine whether there is risk to your children. I know a lot of people will give you better advice than I can offer. Do you know exactly what the charges will be? Xx
