Just wondering how long does the media and other online abuse take and trouble with neighbours etc take before it becomes old news.
Hubby and myself have taken ourselves completely off social media etc.

After it was in the media we where really concerned as my partner lives with his elderly dad, there was nothing, it lead to him losing contact with his son, the paper phoned his ex employer asking for a comment, it ended up in there trade magazine, it was 3 months ago, no backlash, think maybe lots of people don't read the press, it's the looking over the shoulder, do we do that for ever, it must ease as time goes on
This is what i'm fearing the most, my son is autistic has learning difficulties and lives alone!, his sentencing is in a few weeks, hardly anyone knows, i am coming off all social media as i dont know how i will cope if word gets all around xx
Lee is right the worrying about it coming out is much worse than when it actually comes out. Take care xx
