From what I've read I highly doubt anything can be done as long as they wasn't saved from the chat - clicked and saved to camera roll. As long as that's all there is and there's not other bits of evidence that can paint a picture of ill doing I highly doubt the CPS will take it on and even if it did go to court the defence is clear that they wasn't asked for and nothing else has been done.
Furthemore, if the police question you on it don't say a word unless advised by a solicitor. Don't speak to them by yourself, even just a casual chat. Look after yourself and don't worry, you've done nothing wrong! Xx
