I just saw your other post but can see you've already received the outcome. I can see it was better than you were expecting - It is great news that some of the category A images were reclassified to C by the judge - this must have felt like a small victory!

How comes they reclassified the images from A to C ... How do they even make that mistake in the first place?
It good to know that have for you husband...but I still cannot believe that they would take him to court for 8 images.

I'm so glad for you. My partner is also looking at a similar amount of images and categories, but it really does go to show that it all depends on the judge on the day. As Dawn said at least your road to recovery can start now.

Interesting to know the judge reclassified the images... Did they do that in court or before hand?
