Can I see a transcript

Hello all,
I am just wondering when my partner was taken into the police station for questioning can I get to see the questions/answers that were put to him? I just would like to know the truth (don't we all).
He has just been RUI so now I feel that I'm going to be in limbo for the next god knows how many months/year's.
I am having to move out now as I feel that he is not taking this seriously unless that's just how he is. I have informed him that there are courses for him to take but he's just not interested. I just don't get it!

Sorry to hear you're not having a very good time. Your partner can request a copy of the transcript. What was he arrested for? Is he perhaps innocent of what he's being accused of? Xx

He was arrested for IIOC I do believe. He says that there were naked images of children and adults. I'm not sure which category these go into.
Bit surely there must be more for the police to get a warrant and search the house and then take his mobiles and his computer?
I just feel so confused
