Hi guys
So for those who have been following my story my friend has crown court early November the charges are possession of iioc in total 555 74 of them been category A he will be pleading guilty in crown court I know this is probably an impossible question but can anyone say what sentence he may receive and will it be an custodial.

It depends on the judge of the day I would have thought.

I just wanted to add that if hes got a plea date for beginning of November it will likely be about 4 weeks after that when he is sentenced.
My (now ex) partners sentencing was supposed to be 4 weeks after plea but then got postponed another month the day before. It was a horrendous emotional build up to the date and the postponement has been really hard so just wanted to warn you that it can happen.

My boys court case was cancelled abruptly on three occcasions it was torture for us all - you just want it over with don't you?!?!
