Its been a while since I've last posted and we have bobbed along ok. Today was the day that hubby got an email from the solicitor saying that the oic has disclosed that they have looked at evidence and want to call him in for another interview in a couple of weeks. Our world has been tipped again, any ideas where our journey will go from here.......

He got interviewed when they took him on the 2nd March when they knocked
My hubby got the knock end of May 21.

What's the process after that then Lee , if you don't mind me asking and the time frames roughly x
Could still be months thou I guessing x
I am so naive about the whole thing. I would of thought that they would of know what they were going to charge him with already. I have said tonight I want to start getting Christmas presents for the kids sorted just in case! Still could be looking at next year for outcomes!

Another thing as an afterthought, does that mean he still won't know what the charges are and we should still expect a letter...?
In our case he was called into police station for a 'chat' about 7 months after arrest and was let know a few days before he was going to be charged then. Handed him the charge papers in the station with officer in standby to support/ answer any questions. Plea 3 weeks after. Sentencing been delayed.
Well we have been waiting 5 months at the end of this month. Arresting officer said would hear this month.
Got a feeling this won't be over till after Xmas.
