When I search on Google I can find out that you have to declare unspent convictions when applying for a lot of mortgages. My questions are:

Do you have to declare convictions that occur during an existing mortgage term?

If asked if anyone in your family has unspent convictions would I have to declare my husband's conviction (once sentenced) even though we have separated and do not live together?

Any info appreciated. I'll try calling c.a.b. on Monday otherwise xx

It's still a joint mortgage at the moment. Will sort out splitting finances after court stuff finalised.
