Hey everyone
For those that have been following me you'll be aware that my friend has got crown court in November for iioc but he's made an shocking admission to me today he got the knock in July 2019 but he's told me today that in August 2020 he got an second knock for suspected iioc anyways he's further told me that with the second knock he has heard from the OIC that all the devices are clear and nothing has been found he then went on to tell me after the first knock he stopped and felt remorse and disgusted will courts take into account the second knock and that all devices was clear and that he recognised what he did was wrong and stopped or not I'm sorry if its confused anyone it was an massive shock to me.

Thank you it definitely came as a shock but I suppose with the no further action been taken with the second investigation it will definitely help him in court just hope judge doesn't give him an harsh sentence as I believe he's changed and addressed his behaviour just hope judge will see same

he's done self help stuff online he hasn't done any actual courses but just learned about it and how it affects people's life's and what conquences are of it and I'v already said I'd do him a character reference but in relation to show the judge he hasn't got any physical proof as such as its all been self help
