Feeling numb

It's been nearly 8 months since the knock and I feel completely numb I've been shocked sad angry confused but I'm numb I don't seem to feel anything about myself or my husband. We are going through the motions and his acting like nothing has happened in his day to day and it is driving me crazy
Bless. No one knows what's it's like to feel the way you do - we do - on this forum, it's a lonely horrible journey. I'm a year on and it's still hard..... for me....
Like you say - you try to carry on as normal but there's a massive cloud above, complete with thunder and lighting...... you'll hear this from most of us, try not to overthink and take each day as it comes, keep the brakes on and not go speeding ahead. Do appreciate it's perhaps easier said than done xxxxx

I know how it is my oh is doing just that .. life is bumbling along 5 months on its just small talk .
