HI

I have just had an email off my sons solicitor to say his case has now gone to CPS, there was a couple of charges and a charge where they were going to have to investigate a bit more, my son has only had 1 interview which he said no comment to everything, what happens next once it has gone to CPS, do they let you know they are going to charge and then send a court letter out when they are ready or will he just get a court letter through the door

thanks

Hi Sad mum,

You should get a letter through with the charges on and when to go court lovely, as far as I can remember

For us it was a phonecall from the oic. Then a letter. I think it varies as per everything else in this process!
