Hi

It might be a miscommunication my hubby had to call a specific number at the appointment time rather than them phoning him. So it could be he didn't realise he is the one that was supposed to call.

Hi Dexter

I am really sorry your son did not receive the call he was expecting this afternoon - he must have felt very diasappointed and frustrated. This is not normally how the LFF work they are normally very efficient - he (or you) must contact them on Monday, I am sure there is a good explanation as to why this has happened.

Just a thought has your son checked his SPAM on his email account? For whatever reason, we used to get correspondence from them going into SPAM.

I hope your son is not too despondent - I am sure once he makes contact with them next week it can be sorted out.

Hi Dexter - I am really sorry to hear that. If he tries again on Monday and it is still the answer machine, I would ring the LFF helpline so that they can look into it for you. I am sure it will all get sorted out.

I enrolled onto the inform course and I rang them twice to be told the lady was ill. I was sad to be let down but then she rang me as I gave permission for them to keep my phone number she was so apologetic. After all we all get sick. Hopefully it's something along these lines.
