Unless the police intend to post an international green notice there shouldn't currently be a problem. However we are expecting a new visa waiver scheme to be introduced next year due to Brexit and it is not yet known whether there will be any questions about criminal records.

Outwith the EU some countries need completion of tourist visas which are completed on the boat or plane and these don't usually ask any questions about criminal convictions e.g. Costs Rica, South Africa.

Countries requiring visa applications before travel e.g. China ,Russia are unlikely to admit people with convictions even if they are spent, but it can be useful to have a discussion with the relevant consulate about whether it's worth making that application. And some countries including the US, Canada and New Zealand have incredibly strict rules about who they will admit; even relatively minor convictions can rule you out.

Nacro and Unlock websites.have useful information but bear in mind rules can change very quickly.I

Bon voyage !
