Hi Amy, I hope for the best outcome for you. Deep breaths are a good start. I would find someone to talk to. My first plan was to go for a long walk as lots of people find walking a good way to process difficult situations. You could phone the helpline. Be gentle with yourself and it will be over soon. Sending love and understanding. Xx

Hi Amy,

I haven't hit this stage yet so can't talk from experience but I'll be likely to busy myself, sort out my cupboards, go for a walk, do a food shop.

I hope today goes fast for you and I really hope the outcome is the one you see best and want.

This side of it is almost over, you've come so far and soon you'll have the head space to maybe reach out to your family or your gp or someone or do something to help life as you knew it start to creep back although I know it will never be exactly the same for any of us.

Hiya Amy.

That's great news.

Now to move on with the future and hopefully you can put this behind you.

Do you mind saying what did he get charged for.

Hi Amy,

glad you feel a bit more relieved.

Thank you for offering to answe me any questions. May I ask if that was for viewing/possession/sharing etc? What does a community order involve?
May I ask do you have kids and if so how does the SOR affect them?

thanks
Jay

Thanks for letting us know. I know there are very wide variations in sentencing so this does seem a good outcome. Hoping my husband's sentencing will be similarly reasonable when the time comes.

Hope the future is kind towards you and your family now.

Hey,

He was downloading numerous amounts of porn videos daily due to addiction (only found out after his arrest) from Kik groups, two groups happened to contain iioc and downloaded them to his device.

The knock was received on 23rd June this year and I have one child with him (2 years old) and he has 3 from a previous relationship.

im not sure how the register effects him or the shpo as haven't received any details of it as of yet but will update you when I know.

the community order means he has to attend a rehabilitation programme to address his addiction over 45 days (I believe) and then a further 55 days after over the 3 years. It's an accredited course

Hey,

He was charged at the beginning of September, he attended magistrates on 14th October and then Crown on 7th November - the date of crown was changed twice before hand.
