I have just read the article we have discussed in the past - wrote by one of our friends on here (please excuse my vagueness) / I couldn't find this article at first).
Although a different story/circumstances to mine, so much resignates. When reading about addiction I was struck to read it can be ' an attraction to risk'. I feel this could be so common in this sort of crime, and how it can unfortunately poss escalate. I feel so many men feel vulnerable in the 'real' world but feel 'safe' on the Internet which distances the reality of actually what they are looking at!!!!!!

It's my article, and glad it helped/resonated a little bit.
The attraction to risk seems to be a common factor and often these men haven't developed the right coping mechanisms so things like stress, grief and depression can send them on the wrong path.
