Hi everyone
Haven't been on in a while hope everyone is doing well my friend has had is pre sentence report done and they are reccomending that his sentence to be served in the community instead of custodial does anyone know what kind of community work he may do?

Thanks only reason I ask is because the judge said if he pleaded guilty he wouldn't sentence him to custodial and virtually said he would make him do community service

My partner did litter picking, painting benches etc. It is weather dependent most of the time room he had a lot of sessions cancelled. Also depending on what they have planned it can be long days, but again depends on weather and other factors.
I would caution trying to figure out how many weeks it will take to complete. My partner was let down alot. It took about half a year to do 250 hours (scheduled for one day a week)
