So plea hearing suppose to be tommarow, but second interviewa few weeks ago , they put 3 charges to him then too, 1 attempted sexual contact with a 14-16 year old, 2 grooming. 3, 1 image. He's been completely honest from start, I'm not staying with him, but helping him through this because I believe he is a good person. The photo was only Contested by solicitor because I brought it up, when ex got the charge he went into meltdown, he was so insistant t he didn't do that, when the solicitor said what the pic was (naked shower one he sent to me) I clicked it was nothing to do with chat. So now, plea hearing put back because cops are trying to tie pic to chat (they can't). Anyway sorry for rant, what I want to ask is had anyone got full chat from solicitor? I've asked my ex today, he's more than haply for me to have it but I'm afraid of how traumatic it will be. There's actually a lot more to this as when he was doing this crime my twin died so it's far more complex. Thank you xx

Yes Lee that makes perfect sense. Thank you, still making up my mind, I've plenty of time by looks of it because evidence still not with solicitor. But like you I want yo make sure, after the whole photo thing, that they arnt putting more charges on. I know it was a decoy hecwas talking to and they started it, it all went downhill 'very quickly' according to him so Where's the grooming charge coming from? I'm in no way condoning what he did, he does need punished but he's did so much work on himself, he's lost everything., I really don't want him to go to jail for something he hasn't did of that majes sense?
