Well charges got posted today and court is in January. I kind of expected it to be honest and the way they've lumped everything together in the charges summary I'm not surprised it's gone to charging.
Time to find a good solicitor! Isn't it funny how we can't wait to get out of limbo land and then once you get this kind of news you realise limbo land isn't so bad after all!

It'd be nice to have a break over Christmas wouldn't it!?
Speaking from the other side of sentencing the run up is tough - probably the toughest part. After sentencing there's a sense of relief and regaining that lost control.
Hoping the process is fair for you xxx

That's what I was hoping for, I'd really come to peace with everything and was looking forward to a nice break and right on cue turned up officer slimeball as he does every time (that very rarely) I have some time off to sprinkle some chaos and a flare up of my IBS.
Thank you lovely, glad you're on the other side and hope you have a lovely break! I am praying for some fairness and common sense but these cases are an absolute guessing game for what the outcome will be. Hoping a solicitor may be able to shed some light tomorrow.

It's all overwhelming to be honest my sons sentancing isn't until early next year I just manage to get through each day so many emotions
