I am so sorry you have felt that low. Please remember that you are loved. I'm pleased it was unsuccessful, and would encourage you to talk. To your doctors, or even to here. Please say what you are feeling. We are all here for you and can understand what you are feeling.
You are not alone.

I'm so sorry feelsick, what an awful time you're going through!
The samaritans have an email service you may find helpful if you struggle to discuss things over the phone. They respond within 24 hours, are non judgemental and offer emotional support.
There's also a text service called shout that offers mental health support.
If you're able to use the phone or see someone, you can Google the mental health crisis services for your area. Some areas have places you can go to late at night if you're feeling low. The mental health crisis team may be able to come out and see you in person.
Please do reach out to someone if you're feeling suicidal.
It must be so hard to be away from your children under these circumstances, I hope things resolve quickly. Have you spoken to the family rights helpline regarding your ex refusing to return them?
Keep going, one step at a time, one day at a time, one task at a time.
Awful as things are now, you will get through this and things will be better in the future.
Try to focus on the present and be kind to yourself if you are unable to do something at the moment. Most things will wait. Sending love xx
