So today my son and I had a good talk. Yes tears but was needed to be done.

I keep giving him mixed messages one minute I'm saying g baby steps on the other hand I'm saying do this do that so my new years resolution is.

We have set a day in the week to talk things over where he is at how he is feeling and how we as a family are feeling I think this is the best way forward.

I have taken on board all your advice ladies and I'm so grateful but now as a family we may need to start our on journey down this bumpy road I will still read your posts but maybe just post when I have something more to add.

Again thank you all so much I honestly would of crumbled if I did not have this
