So he has pleaded guilty, signing SOR tomorrow. Pre sentence report being done over the phone 14th jan and sentencing being done on 14th feb. Sentencing is being done at magistrates, can I see this as a good thing that he will still be coming home?! A thought as well do social services get back involved?
I feel so tired and I can't get round the idea that this will be all over!

hi Sid what is the charge and how long since the knock?

There are 2 charges possession of 9cat a images and 10 cat b images. Ss were involved but closed it as being happy that I could safeguard them and at the moment he is at home and we trying to keep work it out.
We have been told that it will probably go to magistrates then on to crown. Does anyone know why? cat c images, awaiting exact charge/evidence
