15 mins is outrageous - what got me was the response my lad got when he asked (in these Covid times) for painkillers (which they have to pay for).
I'm thinking "human rights" ....... I know he's done wrong but you'd be in serious trouble if you treated a dog like this......

I know they have done wrong and are in prison/ remand for there own actions but as mums we just want to support our sons but even just the basic the basic things they need take so long my sons experience in remand has been bloody awful the PO' s have been really good thankfully but the lack of what is available is beyond a joke I just hope when he is sentanced the prison will be better adapted to help and support him xx

have yous contacted the governor of the prison,
my family memeber hadn't got in touch all day when I was expecting a call so later that night I rang up the prison for someone to check him and to let me know he was ok, Well it was disgusting the way they spoke to me and basically said they can't do that!
so I wrote an email to the governor that night and by 9.30am he had rang me even tho he had no credit they gave him some and the governor was very apologetic.
They don't want their prison to sound/be thought of as bad.
Email them and bring up about basic human rights etc
