Hi all, having better days but wondering if Mothers day will bring anything, i doubt it but still hoping. Hubby was found guilty over a month ago, but we have had no visit from his PPU Officer, how often do they come, i want to talk with him, hubby is fine with me doing.. but still on edge.. hope all you lovely ladies are working through... sending massive hugs xx
Hi Lilly, I phoned and spoke to the officer in charge of my husband’s case who was really helpful and talked to me about what was going to happen next. It helped me to understand what was going on and what I could expect over the coming months. Hope that the officers working with your husband are just as helpful.
On the mother’s day front, I’m thinking that it’s probably down to me this year, so I’ll be spoiling myself a bit. I did consider phoning a close friend who’s a single mum to see if we could arrange to have a pizza with the kids at one of our houses & celebrate together but realised that I’m not ready to answer her questions about where my husband is yet (not yet 3 weeks away from initial arrest).
