Hi can anyone help me do they take into consideration if you say your guilty for the first knock they take that into consideration and also do they take the length of time you have waited for court into consideration.

They may take it into account for mitigating because that will look like he's showing remourse. But the reduction comes from the guilty plea in court xx
Admission at the beginning is always seen positively and the earlier it is made is always considered at the time of sentencing, I know it was mentioned in my OH case that he had been extremely cooperative from the day of the knock, admitting guilt early on is also favourable to the courts as it saves alot of time and money for them to conduct any hearing and if no costly trial is required it does help to reduce the sentence, also as Feelsick stated it does demonstrate remorse which is an important factor when considering sentencing.

Well after writing the text earlier police came out within 1 hour to say it's up to court in 2 weeks been prying for this time to come now that it's here I can not breathe it as been 2 years since the first knock.

i think that's what he brought out to him and I know it's just the thought of it getting closer than you have more worries to have to think about like the court case weather or not people around you will find out the press been there how it's going to effect my children it's just been a really long process of stress also the stress of him going to jail am just a nervous wreck x
