Supervised Visits

Hello everyone.
I'm 14 months in, RUI. Comms and iiocs. No bail or charges yet. CS closed case under condition he doesnt live with us and only has supervised access. There was no explanation or condition around this so he has the visits at home or he has them at his sister's house. My question is under these circumstances can I supervise him with other people's children as well? He denies it all and is missing so much of the kids lives. Just done the 3rd birthday on our own and feel sad that he cant be there when I do their birthday parties and stuff. Am i being too strict? Girls are now 12 and 10. Comms offense was supposedly with 12 year old girl...decoy. thanks.

Hi Lizze,
I don't know the exact particulars of your case but likely that SS would expect you to disclose to the families of the children if your partner was around them. Especially whilst the case is ongoing.etc
my daughter isn't yet one but we've said we'll do a family party as just us and then I can do a bigger one with friends.etc when she's older.

Thanks. It is what I think but I feel so cruel making him miss out on milestones. Enjoy your little ones first birthday. I hope this is all over for you by the time they are old enough to know what going on. X
