I know this is really not a issue with all what's going on in our lives but really need to know. We were all going on a family holiday for my daughter to get married , would bevin May my daughter does not want him there (my son)so he won't be coming but if she did change her mind what are the chances of him being allowed we our at the investigated level at the moment

I believe under investigation, life is no different - you can go abroad. My partner is RUI so the police have told us he can carry on with life as normal until charges are brought (if and when). I'm not sure what it is like if you've been released on bail though.

Yes he can get on with life as normal until charges, when charged you have to let them know I beleive and some places won't accept people pending criminal convictions
One thing to be mindful of is whether by then charges might be sent or told to go to court. I'm not sure how long your son has been under investigation.
For example, my partner didn't come with me on a holiday because we were worried he would be told to be in court and I don't think the courts care too much for already booked holidays

Yes I was thinking that myself it would be around 5 months when we go on holiday and it's 3 weeks and usa so I don't think he would be going .
