Hope we are all doing ok.
I am looking to book a holiday in September, out of season in a cottage miles away from anybody on a farm.
Hubby rung the solicitors today to see any news on CPS charges and all they said was. These things take time.
We don't know what to do. We won't know what the SOR will be or for how long or what.

Like you said September is very far away but just trying to get things straight and thought a break would be ok but. No.
Like you said no doubt they being CPS are going through it now. Only been 5 weeks since the paperwork was sent off.

Funny u mention that I have been looking into something around end of April but dunno if that is to long in the distance aswell.
Wtf 2 and halve years that's a nightmare for you.
The police officer on his Volunterer chat said this was the quickest part. Fingers crossed we get it all sorted by the summer at least.
The arresting officer, soliceter and sergeant have all said no custodial but he stressed it depends on the judge of the day.
Yes dealing with the house move hopefully now into the final stages of that aswell
