safety plans, I know it's only been 3 days but I want to be prepared for when SS come. The helpline recommending starting one.
where do I begin? Is there a particular format? I know the stuff I need to be putting on there but not how to present it, if that makes sense.

Parents Protect website has lots of useful information and there is a template on there and you can also put a search in the box above for safety plans as there is a lot of advice on here. How are you doing; it's early days yet? I also used to keep my own notes every time I had a conversation with SS as they didn't like giving me their email address and it took ages for them to send you any paperwork.
