Evening ladies.

So as everybody knows I am near the end of the sale of our house. Last bits to go thank God.

So we still haven't heard from CPS been 5 weeks now.

So the possibility we will move before CPS have got involved.

Now he knows that he has to come back to the courts where it happened etc.

My question is where does he sign his SOR and other stuff ?

Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Xx

I would recommend going to the local police station to where you are living to first sign the SOR. Both probation and the offender manager will be local to where you live not local to the court.

My husband was living in London at the time of sentencing and he visited 3 different police stations to sign SOR paperwork based on where was convenient at the time.

You can't sign the SOR at every police station, but there is a site somewhere that tells you which ones can do that. If he doesn't get that from his solictor or the court, unlock will be able to help you with where to find it. I know we had to look to find which London ones my husband could go to.

Hope that helps

My partner moved as soon he was arrested to another county. He signed on the SOR where was living at the time if the conviction, and probation was arranged locally.

And true not all police stations can take details. I'm walking distance to a station but we can't use it
