Goodness me what with events in Ukraine and one or two other things, feel very stressed today. Hope everyone else is ok x

Hi all
I just said to my husband before coming on here, I feel really stressed and worried for the people in Ukraine . How frightening, this must be. i was listening to the world service news and actual experiences of ordinary people living ordinary lives with their families, waking up to the sound of explosions. One women said she got her son out of bed , they moved away from the windows , she gave him breakfast and not long afterwards he vomited because he was so scared , terrible times. My colleague came into work she's polish saying she's really worried about her family because its so close.
my thoughts are with them all.

It's very frightening I feel for everyone involved I can't believe there's war going on prayers fir them all x
My in-laws were Ukrainian - they were forced out and made their lives here in the uk. Both worked hard all their lives. We perhaps have distant relatives there now.I watched that report too - was so sad and upsetting to see the fear in their eyes.
They are kind, respectful, loyal family people - it's scary for us all, first economically and we pray not military.
