Just wondering what to expect. Evidence has been sent to cps in January, we were quoted 6 weeks by police for them to review but I don't believe this timescale.
Once CPS notifies partner (and is this by letter?) what happens next from then til court? And after Court ?
Expecting charges of making iioc cat a-c, pleading guilty

Hiya Jayjay.
My hubby had his second interview on 16/December/21.
They have said that the stuff would be sent off on 4/1/22. They said that we would hear in around 2-3 months.
Like yours he has said guilty A-C , 48 items in total.
What charges is your hubby ?
Hugs xx

Hi Jayjay
From our second interview to magistrates court date it was a 4 month wait, notified of the magistrates court date by letter 3 weeks before the hearing. Magistrates referred to crown court which was 4 weeks later.
I understand how hard this journey is and how the waiting is an absolute killer. Please try and stay strong. There are many amazing women on this forum that give you so much hope and support. I stumbled across this group around the time of the magistrates hearing, up until then I'd flown solo on this journey and that was tough. Finding this forum literally saved me.

Thanks Hope. Are you out the other end now? How are you doing?
When and what is a plea hearing (is this after magistrates but before crown?) And does he get sentenced at crown on the day or does that come later?
when does a pre sentence report get down and by whom?
when does accountability/character references get handed in?
sorry for all the questions I haven't a clue! X
