My son has been relased from priosn but one of his licence condition says No unsupervised contact with children under 16 wihtout the prior apporval of the supervising officer.(probation) she also went to onto say that his ex needs to let her know everytime my son wants to see his son.
I have completed the LF Inform course so that I can supervise my son when he sees his son but she will not allow this, does anyone know how i can make this happen.

If the mother is refusing contact it will need to go to family courts I'm afraid. That is what my partner is doing. He is looking to get his mum as a supervisor and the judges and CAFCASS will assess if she is suitable. They currently require info on what safeguarding training she has already.
