I understand why my husband won't leave his home (where he his bailed). He is currently at his parents house.
He won't go to the GP. He doesn't realise that this effect all of us.
He is having therapy and hopefully this will get better with his therapy sessions. Just don't know what to do.

Hey Davier,
Apologies, I recognise your name but am unfamiliar with your story. How long is it since the initial arrest? I think it's such a shock that some people just want to hide away and not speak about things sometimes xx

When everything first happened my husband found social things so hard. What do you talk to people about and how? Even for myself it has been really hard to just be so fake in my conversations about how I'm doing and what's going on. A couple of months down the line this is getting easier now. I'm hoping this might be the case for your partner too. Sometimes these things just take time. The trauma of it can be so numbing.
