Hiya,
We are in same situation this week. We believed the court date was this Monday (14th) but were informed on Saturday that it wouldn't be Monday and to call at 4.30 to see if its the next day. Well its not tomorrow either the wait continues. We are 21 months.

Sadsister22 and Heartbroken, I can offer any advise but my heart goes out to you both. This seems like a particularly cruel way of dealing with hearings.

No, no date sadly, not on list tomorrow (Weds).
Hope we don't have to wait too much longer. Irs silly as part of me doesn't want go through the next phase but then once it happens that's another stage over with and we hope the rebuit of his life can start. He is very depressed and has a lot of hate for himself. He cant believe people are trying to help him (Solicitor & Job centre) he believes they should hate him. He has been referred by job centre to MH services which we are pleased about.

I have been here a few times, never gets any easier! I guess for sentancing or plea they will only need one day but if it is for trial they will need at least 2. I'm back waiting next week again I really hope its next week really need to move on! Xx sending hugs hugs xx

We haven't actually been told about the 'warned' list, I just came across Heartbroken's post and guessed that's what it must be.
We were led to believe that the 14th March was the sentencing date. Then we were told Friday it wasn't and to call at 4.30 everyday. So his bag is packed and we wait.
Lets all try and enjoy the weekend and sunshine.

Just an update
This is the 5th week on the warned list. Still has to wait for call at 5ish to see if in court next day. The waiting is like torture for us all and to top it off he has tested positive for Covid-19 today so he wont be able to attend court for next 5-10days at least.
