How to live a normal life after prison?

Hi everyone,
My brother is nearly half way through a 3 year sentence and we are all now worrying about how he's going to live a normal life after prison.
We are worrying about things like how will he get a partner as he will need to declare what he's done to them and how will he get a job?
Not to mention having to move areas and possibly change his name.
Any advice? Thanks :)

Me too! My son won't have anywhere to live to add to the stress mix.
