So had the arresting officer on the phone to hubby.
They are expecting charges very soon she said.
Been waiting since 24/1/22 when they where sent off.
I said to him all along be around Easter. Bet I won't be far off.
A step closer to closure.

We got charges in Nov, contesting one so not sure if that's what's holding things up, but plea hearing put back 3 times now next one tommarow so obviously evidence still not sent to solicitors, think it will be summer by this hurdle is over, hope you get word soon xx

Pleased you got an update.
We waited 19 months for CPS charges letter, when 4 weeks for Magistrates date & now still waiting for Crown - 21 months in total. Wonder if we will be on the other side when we get to 2 year anniversary since the knock (June 2020).
