Another Update.

Hiya ladies.
So the CPS have issued the charges and now sitting with the arresting officers.
So it's 8 x charges total of 48 videos/ pictures across all settings ABC.
No distribution or communication..
The arrested officer has said that she will bring them around week after next to him.
Looking at Magistrates court date early May/22 with potential Crown court being June/22.
At least we are getting closer to closure on this hell.

We are at almost the exact same point as you now. We got notified that CPS have agreed charges earlier this week. So I also assume the same timelines for us for courts ect.
Just trying to focus on the positive and that the future will be brighter when we get past this hell as our partners are finally dealing with their mental health and will be better people for it.

we got the charges yesterday, just got told 30 images A-C.
what are the 8 different charges Chelsea?
Solicitor said that magistrates should be next month, with Crown in June. Also said that 'making' is the same sentence as 'possession' which I was shocked at?? Also some websites say Making is worse! How ... I don't know??
would like to know what sentance others got for similar offence? Even though I know it does depend on judge on the day.
I'm relieved things are moving, devastated that things are in black and white that this has definitely happened. (even though I already knew it's still a shock?)

Yes my hubby has done the online courses, seen the vids and gone for loads of concelling and even got a cheap mobile phone with basic text on it.
We are stronger through it.
Fingers crossed we both get the same outcomes

To be honest I havnt a clue what the difference is but all I know 8 charges and when he was told he did shout a bit.
From what I gather a copy will be delivered to him and a copy to his soliceter. Which he informed today himself.

I think he said that because we are moving aswell that they don't know who is gonna do the shpo either here or where we move to. The outline of it the officer has told him but not for how long yet. No doubt will get sorted at court.

The arresting officer said to hubby which police force is where he was going to be under. Strange.
She mentioned to him about the shpo and internet etc and new phones etc and devices
Seems strange that if it was with the southern police and we are moving away then the new police would monitor it otherwise how would they check etc.
