ADDRESS AT TIME OF SENTENCING

Hi my sons sentencing is getting nearer and his grandparents have kindly said he can stay with them for a few weeks , so I was wondering if he is sofa surfing with them at time of sentencing will they put him down as no fixed abode and if we say we are going to sort permanent housing out for him after sentencing will that be ok, I really wouldnt want my parents street address to come out as it will just be temorary, he does own his property but will have to rent it out
thanks
thanks
At my partner's sentencing they just mentioned the address where he was arrested, but I'm not sure if this always happens. Also to add he is likely to need to sign onto the SOR and if staying for more than 7 days in a year he will need to register their address.
Thanks Majestic
Yes that wouldn't be a problem but he would be getting a new address straight after sentencing anyway, just don't want the grandparents address reading out

I agree with Lee be careful about him not having a fixed address they can see this as a negative interms of risk and ability to monitor him. I totally get where you are coming from though this whole thing is soo intrusive.
