So a call at 5pm to tell me my sons sentancing tomorrow has been put back for another week!
All day the anxiety and the nerves and for what!
My son is gutted as he just wanted tomorrow to be done,this has impacted him enormously

When my son was in court - which was delayed twice. Even though he admitted everything, he had to go in the next day to be sentenced.

I don't believe the length of this investigation is even considered and he has been in remand for over 6 months.
He couldn't even talk to me when I had to tell him it had been moved so the impact to him has totally set him back!
We just want the sentancing to be done so we know what we are going to have to deal with
It's just unfair for everyone after preparing ourselves for court!

I'm so sorry to hear its been set back, all that anxiety and emotion in the build up. We are a couple or weeks away from sentencing and can understand just wanting to get through this ne t step to see what we are dealing with (I'm terrible with uncertainty).
