Hi Daffodil

I completely agree with your post. It is so important to get everything in writing.

I am speaking as someone who has supported a family member through this journey where on a number of occasions the OIC said 'I didn't say that ....... ' when I know she did!

My meeting is on teams today so I'm going to be screen recording the whole thing. They've been caught out lying in my case one too many times now.

I managed to do it on my iPhone. It comes in handy and they don't get notified that your recording it either

Hiya, I recorded it so I could re watch it when I spoke to my partner because I knew I was going to forget a lot of what was said (baby brain still) haha. I've deleted it now though but Thankyou for explaining that I need their consent next time I'm going to ask for it x
