Revised update from CPS and the letter.

Hiya ladies.
So hubby has just received the letter from the CPS/Letter about his charges.
It was originally 48 in all catorgories but now reduced to 23 in all catorgories due to the images couldnt be viewed. So that's a plus.
Cat A ... 6
Cat B ... 1
Cat C ... 16.
8 x charges. = 4 x possession 4x making.
0 distribution 0 chatting.
Court case beginning of May / 22.
I think it's better news. With the reduced numbers.

At least you are getting there, great that the numbers have dropped! How long to get where you are now? My partner was arrested and RUI on 15th Feb, all devices return apart from his phone (which is what he viewed the stuff on). He told them everything that day, where to find everything and what etc so for some reason I thought it would be quicker lol!

To be honest I havnt a clue what the extra 2 are hubby is going to ring the solicitors tomorrow I think because we need this sorting.

Hiya confused.
So we got the knock at the end of May/ 21. He was bailed for the 28 days. After that on RUI under present day.
He went back for volunteers interview middle of December 21.
He was told that they found 48 images but like I said been reduced to 23 due to not been able to view them.

Good news on the reduced number.
thanks for keeping us updated. We are still waiting on the letter - and we had notification of the cps agreeing charges virtually the same day. I'm thinking the letter will arrive this week.
Does your hubby have any bail conditions now?

2 attempted communication charges and 2 attempting to cause a child to watch a sexual act charges. We are challenging the watching charges depending on evidence as hubby doesn't believe the video calls ever connected. We will see.
Just hoping we can drag things out a tiny bit longer as I'm on maternity leave until the middle of June!
Hubby is also part of an active investigation into sexual abuse he received as a kid. So waiting on a video interview to be set up for that too.
